Healing and reconnecting with your true self
You may find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you—around food, relationships, or how you care for yourself. Grief, midlife changes, or early childhood experiences may have left you questioning who you are or what comes next. In our work together, we offer a safe, compassionate space to explore these deeper layers of developmental trauma—how your early experiences of safety, value, and belonging continue to shape you today.
Through a trauma-informed lens, EMDR, and the Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI) model, we’ll begin to heal painful memories, release shame, and create room for self-acceptance and peace in your body and your life. Our work together supports you in reconnecting with your most functional adult self—living with greater awareness, balance, and choice rather than reaction.
I offer monthly intimate groups designed to help you reconnect with yourself and grow alongside others who understand. Led by Michelle Market, LPC and Grace Goodman, MA, NCC, these learning labs weaves together education, honest reflection, and practical tools for healing and self-discovery.
Learning Labs Topics:
Being a Functional Adult
Learn what it truly means to live from your most grounded, empowered self — moving beyond old survival patterns into the life you want to build.
Befriending Your Nervous System
Explore how your body responds to stress and learn gentle, compassionate ways to find your way back to balance and ease.
Midlife Mindset: Bringing Joy Into Your Life
Midlife is full of wisdom, change, and unexpected gifts. This lab invites you to step out of survival mode and back into a life that feels genuinely joyful and worth savoring. Learn practical tools and mindset shifts to help you rediscover what lights you up and live with more intention and joy.
All of these groups bring together the power of psychoeducation with the healing that comes from real human connection. Whether you're working through something specific or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, you're welcome here.
Grief and Loss Retreat
Once a year, we gather to slow down and tend to the losses we carry. This gentle one-day workshop offers a safe and tender space to honor what — and who — you have loved. Through compassionate guidance, quiet reflection, and the healing presence of others who understand, you will find new ways to carry your grief with care and meaning. You don't have to grieve alone.
